Choosing a frame
Tell us the model name and the detail you need to check. Ask about dimensions, fit information or lens compatibility before ordering rather than relying on a design illustration. Consult an optician for prescription and fitting decisions.
An order already placed
Use the subject line “Order help” and include your order number, the email used at checkout and a clear description of your question. Contact us promptly for an address change or cancellation; changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has progressed.
Returns, damage or an incorrect item
Email before sending a return. Tell us the order number and reason for the request. For damage or an incorrect item, include relevant photos if available. We will review the issue and provide instructions. The company address below is the default return address; wait for the instructions before posting.
Privacy or website access
Use “Privacy request” or “Website support” in the subject line. If a page is difficult to use, describe the page, device and task so we can assist through an alternative channel.
